Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo. Regretfully, American Express is not accepted. Back to Top

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, but only if the item has not been received by the vendor or shipped. Back to Top

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle. Back to Top

Can I return an item that is damaged or I just don't want?
If a product is damaged, all claims are between you and the carrier. All products are shipped insured. If you feel you may not want a product, then please wait until you are sure that you do. All sales are final. Back to Top

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
For the most part, it is the nature of our business that you will only be sold a product that IS available. Therefore, this scenario will rarely occur. In the case of an order from one of our vendor catalogs, you will be notified and your credit card (if used) will not be debited until the order is placed and accepted by our vendor. Back to Top

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase?
State tax is applied to an item if Cendant Corporation or the shipping vendor conducts business in the shipping address state. For items directly from us, we only collect sales tax for shipping to New Jersey addresses. Back to Top

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days, and promotional items should ship in 4-7 days. Back to Top

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses. Back to Top

Can I ship my order to a different address?
If a credit card was used for payment, then the ship to address must match the billing address of the credit card. Back to Top

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product type and destination.

If an item is from one of our vendors, your order is shipped directly from them. The individual vendors ultimately determine the method of product shipment. Therefore, we are not able to reduce shipping charges for any reason.

Most products are shipped via UPS (because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software). Larger items are generally shipped via common carrier, and require higher shipping rates. Select products offer an express shipping option. In most cases, this rapid delivery requires an additional fee. Back to Top
